Santorini is a Greek restaurant, offering a variety of classic Greek dishes, but they have a number of not so common ones. When we say “not so common,” we mean that you may not find them on the menu at many other Greek places in town. Basic and traditional dishes like the Greek salad, Moussaka etc. are very good indeed, and it’s as though you’re in the home of a traditional Greek family. It’s even served in this way, and the waiting staff are very nice indeed.

You should perhaps try and browse their menu online before you go. We can also highly recommend the fresh seafood, if you’re into that, and we are also into their Spanakopita (spinach and feta in pastry), Keftedes (meatballs) and the grilled octopus. If you really like your seafood, get the ouzo salmon; it’s to die for.

The restaurant

The décor inside Santorini is very Greek in appeal. It’s all white, like the homes on the islands, and it’s all wood and quite rustic. There is a distinct coastal vibe about the place, without being overly crass at all. We love the atmosphere here. It’s perfect for a date night, a meal with friends, or even a place to take the family for dinner if you’re local. Easy to find, quiet and excellent service.

Late night dinner

They serve until quite late at Santorini, and they don’t close until midnight, so you can sit and enjoy the company of your Bayswater escort over some more wine at your table until they kick you out basically.
